2. Terms of Sale, Delivery, Right of Withdrawal & Returns

These Terms apply to all purchases made on budjakfolk.com, operated by MASTER CAPTAIN SRL, IDNO 1018603002122, registered in the Republic of Moldova at s. Tvardița, r-nul Taraclia, str. Mira 170. They are established in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce, Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, and, for orders shipped to the EU, applicable EU consumer-protection rules.

2.2 Products, Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed on the website in USD. MASTER CAPTAIN SRL is not a VAT payer, so no VAT is applied or included in the displayed prices.
Prices, product availability and descriptions may change without prior notice; the price and description valid at the time of order confirmation apply.
Payment is accepted via the electronic payment methods offered at checkout (card payment via our licensed payment processor). We do not store your full card details.

2.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms the sales contract between you and us.

2.4 Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination and courier.
Risk of loss/damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Please check your parcel upon receipt and report any visible damage to the courier and to us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.5 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal (non-business) use, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Law No. 105/2003.

To exercise this right:

Submit a return request using the self-serve return form available on the order status page (linked in your shipping confirmation email), or notify us by email at mastercaptain.com@gmail.com within the 14-day period, stating your order number and intention to withdraw.
Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging attached (where applicable, for hygiene/wear reasons on clothing).
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the price paid (excluding original delivery cost, where applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (where legally permitted), including:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom sizes/embroidery made specifically for you);
Goods that have been worn, washed, or altered, or that are not in a resalable condition;
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once unsealed.

2.6 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at mastercaptain.com@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (including reasonable return shipping cost), in accordance with Law No. 105/2003.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
